CASTING BUSINESS:
Specification: We produce various classes of castings in Grey Iron, Ductile Iron, Malleable Iron and other Metals. These castings are intended for construction and engineering use. The weights of castings are ranging from several grams to several tons.
Process: The casting process begins with the production of an individual pattern from customer's drawings or samples. Patterns are produced in wood or metal depending on the component and level of ***ails required.
Then green sand molds are made on simple molding machine. Floor molds are made with slinger. Shell cores are made in the core room. There are also wax pattern used in the investment casting. After pouring, all castings are grinded and cleaned in shot blast machines.
